Remote Troubleshooting

This is our specialty. We utilize one of a number of software packages to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose the issue that you are experiencing. Whether it be with the hardware, the software or the network.

We charge a flat rate of $95 for the first hour, with payment due prior to beginning the troubleshooting. Should it be apparent that the issue will take more than an hour, but can still be fixed remotely, we can extend the session and sell you more time.

However, if it becomes obvious that there is a hardware issue or issue that cannot be resolved remotely, we move on to one of the next services should you so desire.

On-Site Services, Drop Off, Pick Up and Shipping

Of course not all problems can be fixed remotely. We have trained engineers who are able to travel to you to perform troubleshooting and repairs if the matter is time sensitive and offer both a drop off and pickup service as well as a shipping service if the matter is not urgent.

We are based out of Southwestern PA and serve the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, Uniontown and Morgantown.

Data Recovery

We utilize sophisticated software that is often able to retrieve data from hard drives that was inadvertently deleted or appears to be corrupted.

Virus and Ransomware Protection and Mitigation

One of the biggest threats facing our clients today is the loss of data or ransom of data from ransomware and the havoc it can cause. Please inquire how to prevent yourself from becoming a victim and we can direct you to the proper resources and set you up with the proper software and backups to offer you protection from these risks.

Computer and Printer Sales and Service and Rentals

In the event your computer is not recoverable, we offer a vast selection of both new and renewed (refurbished) laptops, desktops and MINIs and can provide a seamless transition to a new device by migrating all of your data to the new computer to cause you as little inconvenience as possible.

We also rent HP laser printers at amazing prices for as low as $.01 per page. So if you’ve ever wanted an amazing printer but didn’t want to spend the upfront cost of more than $1,000, we can provide one to you for a small monthly charge.

Unlimited Support Plans

For $25 a month or $250 a year if billed annually, we offer unlimited phone support for basic technical questions. This provides you with the ability to call, text or e-Mail anytime you have a technology question or need info about a product, without having to waste any time researching it or figuring it out on your own. If you’re not a tech guru, this plan will save you frustration and time and pay for itself in no time.

Small Business Managed Services

We also have a division of the larger firm which handles managed services for small and mid-sized businesses. We offer a turnkey solution for firms who want to maximize their productivity and run their business without worrying about the technology. We can do everything from computer procurement to setup, installation, configuration, etc., to networking and security, anti-virus, reporting, writing policies, etc.
